No Return Policy for Opened Products

At Affinity Skincare, we prioritize the safety and quality of our products. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we have a strict No Return Policy for Opened Products.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund upon verification of the issue.

  • PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.
  • Military Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
